All of the women where wonderful. Very helpful. Enjoyed the whole experience. Gabby in particular did a fantastic job of fitting and adjusting my wig purchase. Highly recommend this shop. June 2022-I live in small town in Wyoming. Salt Lake City is the closest area to find wig shops and more importantly wig stylist who know the technique to cut/thin synthetic hairpieces. I arranged with Becky to cut and style two new hairpieces I sent by mail (insured). I think Lisa was the individual who made a special trip to pick up package at post office (as usps delivery attempts were done before shop opened). There was a delay for Becky to style hairpieces due COVID precautions when the shop closed but once able the pieces were styled and returned by mail. They are fabulous! Everyone at this business went beyond 9 to 5 efforts to insure I was more than satisfied.

My mom has been struggling with hair loss from covid so she bought a topper. After trial and error and not getting the topper to look quite right we came to Creative Wigs, as soon as she walked through the door she felt so much relief! They are so caring and helpful, my mom was in tears and hugging the women within 5 minutes of walking through the door. Without an appointment or paying they sat her down in a chair and the stylist helped her better understand how to use and wear the topper so it looks natural. They didn’t rush her at all and were so kind and helpful. Great shop, great prices, the best people ☺️
