My experience here was mixed. I got a good product for a reasonable price, but the associate Benny that assisted negated an offer I was given at checkout and then would not assist with making it right when it wouldn’t show up again. Poor customer service and would not assist when I said he just removed my offer. Very disappointed in the response and inaction after requesting further help and I’ll point others to a location that has helpful associates and doors that aren’t boarded up.

Worst customers service. I came in to drop off 3 or 4 pairs of really nice shoes, they offered me 3 dollars for what they took and donated the rest without me approving of it. These shoes were worth hundreds of dollars so I basically got screwed. The guy who helped me was clueless and the employees were super rude and not helpful whatsoever. Will absolutely never go here again :-)
