This location really knows how to ruin a party. I had an event on Saturday and decided to order online a total over $100 plus 15% tip included. Took over an hour to deliver which I had no issue on waiting. After some time noticed that it’s still not delivered I tracked the order and stayed “delivered” I called the restaurant to double check and they couldn’t find my order 15min plus on the phone, finally the store manager argues with me and states you shouldn’t order pizza if your not going to check the door!, I was like the order was already paid you could have left it at the door. What kind of disrespectful response is that. Will not order from here ever.

Love Papa John's love their garlic sauce but don't order from this location I understand people are having a hard time finding workers and everything but 2 hours is way too long to wait for a pizza and this is the second time

This place has taken 2 hrs to deliver i large pizza. They wouldn’t answer the phone and when they did they just said sorry we got busy but 2 hrs???? Are u serious I live five miles away. Ridiculous. Don’t order from here for delivery

Disgusting. I always order from this location with little issues despite the very rude staff. I called to complain about this very obvious *something* in my pizza that was not supposed to be there.
