Worst cheesesteak I’ve ever had More roll than meat and worse it was completely tough Beef jerky is softer Burnt roll as well. This place has gone down hill Changed my review from 5 stars to one If I could subtract and go negative I would Not to mention no ketchup after I clearly articulated wanting ketchup when I placed my order In 2000 they won cities best It’s 2022. Clearly it’s been a bit Time to take down that proudly framed certificate Building is falling apart Even the floors are grimy a good cleaning would help this place improve

This was the worst experience I've ever had at a pizza joint. I ordered online and put in special instructions to lightly bake the sub and add light peppers and onions. Well I always call to make sure they get the special instructions bc you know computer error happens sometimes. Well this time they didn't get the instructions. I was on hold for a good 8 minutes. During this time they had already started making the sub, I asked them if they could just take it out now and I would pick the toppings off myself. Their response was no they cannot do that. So I ended up having to buy another sub to get it the way I wanted it. Then when I get both subs and my pizza home I realize that the first sub they make was extremely burnt, like black crisp burnt. The pizza was chewy in places, the pieces were burnt, the ham was cold, and the bacon was non existent. Not only did they not give me a reimbursement, they wouldn't even give me a coupon for money off my next order (if I was ever to order there again.) None the less, I'll not be going back to any Massey's at all, I've had way too many bad experiences at this place, this one's just taken the top spot. So much for Massey. Just got our heart shaped pizza (our third year in a row)! It was delicious! Massey’s always delivers! Salad was very fresh. Great local spot! Ordered online, no delivery app, no fees for my neighborhood restaurant!
