Update 2/24/22: Because I always have an excellent experience with this location I have decided to add to my review so that the Managers and Corporate leaders can see it again. I have never been disappointed by this Donatos location, the pizzas I order always look like the pictures, meaning they are perfectly cooked. Many times there is a knock on my door 15 to 20 minutes before the estimated delivery time. The drivers are very nice. I always order online so I can't speak to their phone etiquette. I don't understand all the negative reviews because they simply do not match my experiences with this store. The staff do an excellent job! Thank you! This past weekend I got a pepperoni pizza delivered. I have to say that the team that night absolutely NAILED it! When I opened the box I was so giddy, the cheese was perfectly melty but not over cooked, the pepperoni was placed perfectly, it had exactly the right amount of cheese, to top it off the pizza was still piping hot despite being delivered. I have thought about how perfect it was for days now. Donatos is always good but sometimes things are a little off, not in a bad way exactly but not perfect. So to the staff at this store I am going full anti Karen and asking for a manager to say how fantastic your team did. Seriously my pizza looked better than the marketing photos. It tasted great too!! Thank you so much.

I called to inquire on the pizza and why there was not extra sauce added to the pizza.
