First off, the spot is great and the place fits the area. But tonight was horrible; and for the $$$ it stings even more. This was our second time, after a subpar first time, and we figured we would try again. There were open tables but yet it took a while to get drinks. Martini was warm and they forgot the glass of wine until we said something. The food came out in a decent time but the food runner girl completely inconvenienced and rude. I asked if I could get a side of the peppercorn and mushroom sauce and you would have thought I asked her to pay for it. Her eye rolling said it all. The waitress tried her best. $170+ for 3 people when all my daughter ended up getting was the pretzel, that makes this even worse. Not sure we will be back. I don't think they care. The bigger area neighborhood wraps around it so it gets the local families regardless and because of convenience. The GM needs to pull in the staff and cover customer service again.

This restaurant was amazing! Everything was fantastic, from the appetizers to the dessert. Our waitress Rachel was so attentive and the service was quick. It was a bit dimly lit and loud with the bar and live music later in the evening, but it looked like there were other seating options that were better lit. We had a wonderful experience and will be back! Just keep in mind the noise level later in the evening if you are sensitive to that.

Very enjoyable atmosphere with a nice jazz oriented music playing. The flounder dish was exceptional, however could have been served hotter. The dessert was just ok. Service was average and could have been better. Not sure if I would return.

Excellent food, service and ambiance! I sat in the bar area Friday night to hear the live music (She was AMAZING!) We ordered a Branchwater Burger, which was delicious, juicy, perfectly cooked with a slight smokey after taste, and topped with pimento cheese. What's not to love?! We also had the brussels sprouts with house cured bacon and maple vinegarette. If this item is on a menu where I'm dining, I'm ordering it. As many variations on this dish as I've had, theirs is by far my favorite, with crispy outer leaves and a soft middle. The balsamic flavour was just subtle enough to enhance the taste without overwhelming. And best of all: the bacon was actually lardons - those salty savory little bites of french deliciousness that provided the dish it's richness and flavor. Pretty big plate so be prepared to share. Lastly, we had the pimento cheese deviled eggs. The plate comes with 4 halves that were fresh tasting and although I had to fight the urge to add a sprinkling of salt, would have done Paula Deen proud. Needless to say, I'll be back.

Masked staff. Limited seating. So much so I'd recommend reservations.
http://www.vickeryvillageshops.com/about/ it doesn't have its own individual looks like. But if you type branchwater into Google it will give you an option for visiting the website.
