Worst experience We want to customize the cake and after waiting for 20 minutes, nobody is over there. Super slow and bad customer service

The service is worst. don’t order there the people don’t have minimum manners there.We ordered a birthday cake on phone on advance and told the time when we will come and pick it up and when we went they wrote the name incorrectly on the cake and instead of birthday they wrote happy anniversary. When we asked they are bluffing that’s what we told which is not true at all. We waited for some time to get another cake as we already paid the amount in advance with no option. After that we asked a birthday message which they they only wrote half and brought it back, when we asked to complete the message on cake they told we don’t have anyone to write the message on. We then escalated the issue to manager and then at the end also they didn’t completed the simple message we asked to write on cake they missed 2letters at last and told that only we can write. Totally it’s a worst experience and never gonna order any cake from there

Absolutely fantastic!! Love the mild chicken biriyani and the chicken 555!! Staff is kind and friendly. The restaurant is clean!
