Horrible place to stay. I was in town for a concert and this was not the cheapest place for the night but within reason as we would only be there for just about 5 hours of sleep and did not need amenities such as others have who charge more money for. Upon checking in and heading to my room the hallways were full of kids running g around playing with toys screaming and yelling and running up and down the steps. When I got to my room and opened the door I thought ok.. room looks pretty clean and so we sat down and started to eat our takeout. A few minutes in and we noticed a cockroach running across the sink. It then ran behind the refrigerator so I pulled out the refrigerator to find more cockroaches, several strands of fake eyelashes, food, crayons, pencils, and dirt. It was absolutely disgusting. I contacted Expedia and told them I was leaving the hotel due to the bug situation and they told me they woukd start the process for a refund. The girl at the desk stated when I checked out that my room would be refunded in 1 to 3 business days. We are now 16 days later, my room is not refunded, Expedia will not issue my refund because they cannot get a response by phone or email from the property. I have tried reaching out personally to the elusive Ms Patel to no avail for 2 weeks and after my call today where a woman named Omna actually laughed at me I feel that the lack of contact is deliberate. The service is horrendous, the management staff completely unresponsive. At this point I am going to dispute the charge with my credit card company as I did not receive the services I paid for. Do yourself a favor and avoid at all cost!

DO NOT STAY HERE. Front desk is very rude. As I entered the hotel, the people walking out warned me to check the room before I check in. They complained of roaches and the hotel being generally dirty. I checked the room before checking in, and the room contained bed bugs. Now the hotel refuses to refund my money because I am inside of the non cancelation policy. Complete BS. DO NOT STAY HERE.

After confirming a late check in at 1am and receiving a call from the front desk re-confirming a 1am check in, no employee was present to check at when I arrived a few minutes before 1. After spending 3.5 hours on the phone with customer support, I was told the only thing they can do is offer me a discounted membership and an apology that I had to sleep in my car that night. So I had to wait until 730 am for an employee to finally show up who at first tried to refuse me service “because check ins are 3pm-3am” after explaining twice that I had been here since 1am and had to sleep in my car, she reluctantly let me check in. Getting to my room it had an awful smell, almost like old tobacco and mustiness. The floors were also very very dirty at check in, as if they had not been cleaned at least a week. I do not recommend this hotel at all, especially since there are cheaper options near by who will probably give better service. 1/10
