I wouldn't waste my time getting an offer from them to sell your bike unless you just want it out of your garage and don't have time to donate it. I expected them to offer me 50% or less of retail which would have been fine but less than 20% was a bit insulting. I thought if it was a cool boutique bike shop like their website indicates that they would respect and value NOS vintage stuff like a 50th anniversary Paramount that spent its entire life stored indoors unridden. My mistake. Sell your bike on eBay or Craigslist I guess. I even ran two bikes through their online form to make sure it wasn't a mistake on one and got similar pennies on the dollar disrespectful results. Having said all that I have zero opinion on them as a place to buy a bike or for repairs as they are over an hour away from me so I have never used them. I would read other reviews to research if they are a good bike shop or not.

Can’t recommend this place highly enough. Needed two older bikes tuned up. To my surprise, they said they could have it done in two days. I was amazed…and they did a great job. Reasonable pricing and hella nice people too.

I know very little about bikes but the workers here seemed friendly and excited to help me. They were never condescending and they never made me feel stupid even with my dumb questions. It seems like they just wanted to help me and help me learn. They didn’t charge me for helping me trouble shoot my flat tire. They showed me what to look for. I ended up buying a couple things as well just because the customer service was so phenomenal. I would recommend this place to anyone and I would drive out of my way to take my bike here. It looks like they had a big collection of used and new bikes for sale too.
