Rude staff. Does not acknowledge you when you walk in. Everything looked filthy. Had to wait a while just for the red head to tell me they are no longer cooking. Employees clustered up cracking jokes. Do the owners know that why they are laughing about not servicing paying customers, they are helping loose money. Funny huh. Obvious photo of the cashier shows the unpleasant attitude that was given. No hair nets. SMH. Look closely at the one in the back. She though it was hilarious that I was disappointed because they decided to stop cooking and serving early. These restaurants stop serving customers, and close b4 they are supposed to..... then wonder why they can't meet the quota every month.

This is crazy I order online on February 20 2022. And when I got there they said that my order was void because it was to late and I ordered 11:35pm and John said he stop taking orders at 11:45pm. And So today I came back to Wingstop to get a refund or chicken wings but the head manager insist that I had to dispute it with my card company and at that I to the the head manger what my bank had said and she became to be very very very rude and disrespectful towards me and I still don’t get want I want. The Head manager of this location should be fired and I have video of her being rude and disrespectful saying that I antagonize her when clear she don’t want to refund my money. So me and daughter left the place empty hand and very upset.

The absolutely worst Wingstop I’ve ever been to in the state of Georgia. I ordered 15 bone in wings with large season fries. And this is the french fries that I got burned to a crisp. And when I asked the manager for a new set of fries all I got was sassiness and a lot of excuses. The franchise owner who owns this franchise should fire every last person that works in that restaurant. Avoid dislocation and take the extra few minutes to drive to Decatur
