Weekend worrier camping gear supply store for sure. Nothing super technical gear but they definitely have a little bit of everything and for sure enough to get you through any camping, hiking, kayaking, paddle boards and more. Good stop for some last minute gear when you know the internet won’t deliver on time.

This the the first LL Bean store I have ever been to so I don't really have a good comparison, but the store is spacious, clean, well stocked and organized.

Employees were helpful, and extremely courteous; assisted me in finding everything I needed. They were willing to assist me in ordering items online that were not available at the store.

Hi, I bought a men's high pile fleece jacket and after some use the zipper failed. Two teeth of the zipper fell out. I Is there any guarantee or repair available for this wonderfull jacket?

Hi Tom, we stand behind our products, but are not able to to repair the zipper on that jacket. You can return the jacket with proof of purchase for evaluation for replacement.

Can you order using a card other than LLBean card? Card is not accepted today after many calls when couldn't place an order. After much checking, was informed I hadn't used it in a while so is no longer active. At 86 NOT applying for a new card

Have a beloved pair of "Bean Boots"I bought in 1976 (Yes! 1976!) that lasted until this Summer (44 years?!).The rubber soles finally wore out/developed holes. Bought a new pair; but do you have a repair dept where I can have my originals resoled?

I have the new llBean Citi card but the card is not accepted for Apple Pay, since it is still registered through Barclay instead of new Citi. Any helpful suggestions?

They definitely have fishing gear out. Whether it's for fall or not, I'm not sure as i don't know what constitutes fall fishing. There was a decent amount of fishing stuff though as it has its own section.
