From what i recall, as long as you have proof of purchase, you can return items in-store that had been purchased online assuming the item is eligible to be returned in the first place.

Can you order using a card other than LLBean card? Card is not accepted today after many calls when couldn't place an order. After much checking, was informed I hadn't used it in a while so is no longer active. At 86 NOT applying for a new card
