I was told the fitting rooms were closed an hour before the store closed...rushed to get there after work... I'll shop other companies

Customer service at JCPENNEY returning items is terrible! The service I received several days ago was so unprofessional and rude! When I reported the matter to a supervisor! I wasn't taken seriously! I was dismiss! I was very surprised at the Supervisor attitude! Companies today hire anyone to be a supervisor! I've been shopping at JCPENNEY for years! & the quality of good customer service have really dropped over the years! I see why so many companies/stores going out of business! Today's priority is not customer service

I would like to know what kind of perm do the salon use, I got a perm when I was there for my appointment on May 26, 2019 the hairdo I wanted I didn't get and was not please with I had to go to another Salon to get my hair cut in a style .

Wheaton store, How long does it take to be hired; interviewed 2.5 weeks ago and was called twice. Never got the call to fill out papers etc but, said we want to hire you. You really hurt me. I should have attended that wedding out of town instead .

I used to work there and it took me 3 times in going back for them to finally realize I was there to tell them I applied for a job. My advice, find somewhere else, management there is piss poor and you'll hate it. White Fat Albert manager is an ass.
