I walked into maharani fashions with a vision for my wedding dress and I found something that was close to it but it wasn’t perfect. However with the helped of Ravi, he was able to bring my vision to life customizing every aspect of the color and stone work. I also purchased a matching sherwani for my finance and it was the perfect duo. Ravi was super help and was patience with us when we wanted to make changes. He did multiple alterations for one free to make sure I love it!! Thank you Ravi!

I came to this store the other day to shop with my mother-in-law and my husband for our upcoming wedding. I made an appt 2 weeks in advance and was eager to come to the shop after I had narrowed down my colors for the outfit. The woman who was helping me was talking on the phone the entire time, even when putting on my lenghas. When I was mid-changing, she opened the door while other customers were very close to the changing room. She was still on the phone during this time. At some point the owner came to help too, and he was also on the phone talking to someone else. When my husband was responding to emails for work, the owner rudely told him to stop taking pictures even though he was simply sending an email. Buying a wedding outfit is an extremely important decision. Even though the clothes were beautiful, I could not feel like I was valued in the store. When I asked if I could call my mom because of how big this decision is and how she is not able to come to the New Jersey because of Covid, rather than respectfully hearing my perspective, the owners were very harsh in saying no and said I could only call her if I was going to buy the dress. However, there is no way I would have been able to buy a dress that fast if the service experience was so half-hearted. One can respect store policy if the store itself is respectful to its guests. I did not feel respected during my entire experience here.

My name is Kenny and I recently purchased one of my wedding dresses from here. Mr. Ravi and team were incredibly helpful. They took very precise measurements and had my dress custom made on time. I wish I would’ve of gone here first rather than Khajanna. Thanks Mr. Ravi and the wonderful ladies who helped make me feel/look beautiful!
