Made purchase online items were too small, clearly indicated on receipt exchanges or refunds can be honored in store. Active manager refused to do exchange just wanted to provide refund. Contacted customer service mentioned there should have not been any reason why exchange was not accepted from management. #Smh I can't.

Very unprofessional I was in a dressing room and another costumer walked in on me accidentally because the workers there weren’t paying attention and when I came out I felt so embarrassed the workers completely ignored me and went about their day , no sorry no nothing
