Light bulbs were out, half the chords were plugged halfway in for lamps, microwave, etc, only had 2 towels, and room had a scent. THAT BEING SAID, the beds were super comfortable and the pool and waterslide were amazing. The breakfast was standard. Better coffee was available all day in the lobby. Location was great for amenities

We had a block of rooms for our son's wedding, and I couldn't be more satisfied. The hotel was clean with great amenities. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate us in every way. The front desk staff was so nice and helped with every need, the manager (I don't know the name) was also amazing. Our whole group had lot of fun in the pool.

I could not be more disappointed by the facilities and upkeep of this specific hotel. My room floor was visibly dirty on arrival. There were what looked like sunflower seeds and twigs on the inside of the ac/heat system in the room. The furniture was visibly damaged and unclean. The mini fridge didn’t work. The mattresses were both in need of replacing-sunken in on half and far too firm on the other. The neighboring rooms plumbing was so loud that them flushing their toilet would wake me up. It is an extremely uncomfortable feeling to not trust in even the most basic of necessities when paying for a hotel room. How this hotel is allowed to remain operating in this manner and discrediting the name of your franchise is completely beyond me. This needs to be addressed.

This hotel made me feel REALLY Uncomfortable! I stayed for 2 nights and I switched rooms on the second night. I noticed that the rooms are NOT the same! The second room had a smaller fridge and I saw mold on the bathroom floor. The fan in the bathroom DIDN’T work. There are marks on the walls. I believe that the TV didn’t even come on! Or it did once but didn’t come back on again. The temperature in the room didn’t match the heat I had it set at. The outlet in the lamp next to the first bed Didn’t work. Or worked sometimes I meant. I Did like the fact that the second room I stayed in was right by the stairs. That was convenient. When I ate breakfast after my first night the eggs I ate were COLD, the sausage Patties weren’t cooked all the way, the bagels were so hard that I couldn’t get even open them to toast them, I had asked the lady working at the front desk about a weekly rate and she said that you guys don’t offer that. Don’t think I would stay here again.
