Extremely overpriced if you just want a simple jewelry repair. They charged almost $50 to repair a very small bracelet. The repair probably cost more than the bracelet!

This was one of my favorite jewelry stores to get good silver jewelry years ago when I lived close by. Today, I took a necklace my late grandmother gave me to have the clasp fix. They fixed it while I stopped around, and it's good as new. I also picked up some really pretty sterling silver earrings.

Brought my gold hoops in for a repair and wasn’t able to get answers to simple questions about the process. Instead, the man rudely said that I’m worried too much about earrings… these are earrings that I paid thousands for. I left the store.
