Impeccable craftsmanship. Russell made earrings and a necklace out of diamonds from a necklace my mom gave me when I got married. I was unsure about the necklace chain and length, and Russell and his staff were very patient. I really appreciated his experience and expertise. He chose a chain which turned out ot be perfect. He made the necklace shorter than the length I had requested, with an offer to adjust it free of charge after I'd worn it--his reasoning was that he thought the shorter length would be right for my frame. Both pieces are perfect and I cannot be happier. I love being able to be able to wear the gems my mom gave me (the original necklace was something one might wear to a gala). Prices are fair and consistent (it took me a year to decide to do this, and the prices were about 10% higher a year later, which seemed ok to me given inflation and higher prices everywhere this year, etc.). So glad to have found this place!
