I stayed in this place: EVERYTHING very well... except the guards are people who are not kind if they have never seen you in their life.

The place is quiet, cameras in most building even though is a gated community. No parks but there is a pool. Plenty of guest parking and you receive a lot of warnings before getting towed (overnight allowed). They call you in the gate before allowing visitors. The streets inside the complex are in good shape. The only problem is that if you leave in the 1st floor you can hear the steps from the neighbor over you, this is normal in many buildings up north but not here in Miami so your best bet is the second floor using the stairs (ceiling is higher too). The green areas are clean and some are prohibited from dogs because of #2. No condominium office but there is a meeting every Thursday in the pool area in case you need answers (usually you get their number and you can take it from there).
