Ok place to live, I can't complain because my Landlord is amazing but the neighbors are so nosey and annoying. I can say I do love that my AC is cold and I don't have any problems with it because of the city connection ac company. Bianca from the main office management company is a dream to work with. She's extremely helpful and knowledgeable.

This is like a place of the wild west. The Association directives, are only to waste all the money they collect from maintenance fees in whatever is good for them and of course, get their slice from the cake. The current Property Manager, is a rude woman that doesn't take care of any resident problem. The state of the property is deplorable in terms of maintenance and cleanliness. Pools are always dirty, trash anywhere, but nobody takes care. Be careful if you're thinking to move in or buy a property.
