Yes, as long as its not costume jewelry, they can resolder or repair most broken gold/silver/platinum jewelry.
Yes, they can usually replace watch batteries while you wait. DeGeorge Jewelers also offers additional watch servicing (including bracelet resizing, stem-and-crown & crystal replacement, as well as full internal cleaning-and-overhauls)
