From over billing, the VA, to complete disregard of patients privacy! Thanks, to utilizing, Transformation's complaint process. I filed a greivence on a Monday and was discharged on the following Friday. HIPAA, rights are violated on a regular basis. Not to mention, therapist that violated privacy issues. Please note, I was talked into, going paddle board on the ocean. 2 lifeguards, had to help me out. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY FOR THIS SCAM. DON'T PUT YOUR FAMILY IN HARMS WAY. THE BEAR RESPONSE TO A CHICKEN. TRANSFORMATION is a well funded political scam. They resonate from inevitable crash and burn. Not only, DID THE TECH, LEAVE THE RESULTS OF EVERY PATIENT, ON OUR COFFEE TABLE. They know they did. My roommate and I were astonishingly overwhelmed. Then in their response to this truth teller from hell, we will gladly put our truth above there cover up. We were able to find something wrong. Their rules and regulations were changing by the hour. I was tested an quarantined quickly, my roommate was going through the same situation. I was put in isolation In my apartment. Once my roommate was brought in, things were moving on a,very rapid pace. The nurses along with techs,were going apt to apt. At least taking vitals and sometimes dispensing meds. On 1st or 2nd full of isolation, I think only a tech came in. Once done with taking both of our vitals, she left, and few moments later my roommate and I noticed some paperwork on the coffee table. Of course we looked at it to see where it was supposed to be going. Then we noticed a highlighted (list which there were a lot) and these were people that tested positive for covid. SO THE OWNER, OR WHOEVER ACCONLEDGE, my first review, that the company takes HIPAA laws, very serious,.1the team left the highly ( at risk violation). At this point, the DR and staff, just violated over 30 HIPAA rules.

This place was a great place. My wife went back 2021 and I just completed mine last week. I learned many things to help me with my substance abuse/ mental health. The staff at TTC clinic and staff at property was amazing. They always helped you when needed and kept you focused on groups. I really enjoyed the Neuro and EMDR. I would recommend this facuilty.

I went through Transformations in August-November 2016. I participated in the entire process they offered at that time: detox, in-patient treatment and intensive outpatient treatment with a connection to a safe, sober living home. Through the entire process I was given the guidance and tools needed to begin a life of recovery. No program can "give" recovery. The best it can do is help us start the journey. Transformations did this for me. I celebrated my six year "clean date" anniversery on August 28, 2022. Thank you Transformations!

Every aspect of my experience with Transformations has been amazing to say the least! When I began this journey with my husband I was in fear of the unknown, but quickly felt at ease when I was treated more like a family member. I am so grateful and thankful for Keith @Transformations, he is truly one of a kind! His patience and understanding really shows how much he cares.
