I would like to share my experience in a few words. This is the seventh time that I have placed myself in a substance abuse program and I believe this is the final attempt. From the first day, I have been greeted with understanding, acceptance, kind hearts and warm smiles. I can tell you that Pride Recovery has been nothing short of a blessing and answered prayers. The clinical staff has made an effort to accommodate all of my requests, whether they are personal or impersonal. What has been a priority for me, to learn and grow as a recovering addict, and as a productive member of society, has become important to the entire Pride Recovery staff. To my friends, Phil and Alayna, thank you for making my recovery a priority in your lives. My therapist Dr. Joe, has given me an opportunity to put the past behind me, thereby closing the trauma chapter in my life. From Troy, I have learned how to be patient with my racing thoughts that try to predict events before they even happen. Misha, my brain training guide, has been able to help me rewire my brain and she gives me an objective point of view on life on life's terms. Stephanie, my APRN, has given me an opportunity to quit smoking and vaping, which in turn, will give back years in my life. Patricia, has given me opportunities to practice gratitude, patience, tolerance and has shown me what it means to be of service to my fellow man and woman. Dr. Eli has brought acupuncture and massage therapy, which has aided in the removal of numerous pains, as well as, a stimulating group conversation each week. Dr. Brandon, my chiropractor, was able to relieve shoulder pain, back pain and neck pain that has caused more than its share of body aches and pains for me. Lisa, my art appreciation guide, has given me back my desire to sketch, paint, draw, make jewelry, plant flowers/herbs and create art for this time in many years. My recovery B-day is January 5th, 2021 and I coming up on 4 months clean and sober and 6 weeks cigarette and vape free. I can only hope that if you are reading this that you have made the choice to live altruisticly and free rather than die miserably and selfishly. My prayers go out to you and your friends and families.

Pride did very little for my recovery. I was there for approx 6 weeks in 2021. The living facility is about 35 minutes away from clinical without traffic, so most days we were in the van for about 2 hours creating a lot of down time. The living facilities and clinical building both are run down and have many maintenance and cleaning ineeds. As far as quality of care and treatment, I didn't feel that the groups or my individual counseling addressed my needs or concerns. This center has a very one size fits all mentality. When my insurance ran out, I was quickly asked to leave. I made it really clear that I wasn't ready to leave and that I was feeling fear about going to halfway and so was told that I could attend the nighttime IOP classes which only lasted for one session and then I was told I couldn't do that anymore. For me the story doesn't end well. A week after my insurance ran out and I was asked to leave Pride I overdosed and spent two weeks in a coma... my family flew in from all over the country and have been here with me ever since. I'm still in hospital and trying to pull myself out of it... I would not put the blame for this on any Recovery Center however I think they have responsibilities to the clients to listen to them and not employ this one-size-fits-all approach. The techs were caring supportive people... I'm grateful for that..... and I'm grateful to be alive.

This is an amazing treatment facility. Staff is very client orentated. Everything is above board. No shady business. Great therapist who focus not only on the addiction but on the cause of the addiction. One of the therapist is liscened in E.M.D.R. which is a great tool for dealing with traumas

No. But the men and women houses are separate. The houses are gorgeous! Both have a pool and a hot tub and huge yards.
