Third piece of furniture ordered from crate and barrel. First two had eta on 2-3 months both arrived in 5-6 months damaged. They all in all it was 7 months before I got the first two pieces not damaged. Bought a third piece with an eta of 3 weeks and was just informed 4 days prior to scheduled pick up that half the order is on back order. For the money they charge they need to get their act together. I will never buy a piece of furniture from them again if not in stock.

My wife and I went in today to purchase a couple of remaining items from our wedding registry with multiple payment options and return items. We were helped by Tania who did a wonderful job and had incredible patience. We had 14 gift cards to use and the system was having a difficult time registering some of the gift cards, but that didn’t stop the crate and barrel team to offer solutions to make sure we used up those gift cards. Her and the team took care of all of our needs. They had amazing service, were great in accommodating us and were thankfully successful in helping us use all our gift cards. Thanks so much!
