I sent my vintage Prada bag to be repaired a few months ago. On August 16th, I received an email that my order was completed and to pay so that the order can be shipped. I paid that same day. It is one month later and I still don’t have my bag! I have called, emailed, texted and nobody is able to assist! This place is a scam and I’ll be filing a claim.

Warning do not ever use this place. They lost my $5000 Chanel tote. I email and call repeatedly and nobody gets back to me. When I was at the store not too long ago looking for my bag, there was a gentleman that waited months for his leather jacket to be repaired and when they finally gave it to him all there was was an extra piece of leather leather and the damaged jacket in the same condition drop it off in. This place is extremely unorganized, absolutely unprofessional. It is a joke. You will wait an hour just to drop off items and two hours for them to look for the items when you go to pick them up. They also charge ridiculous prices. They tried to charge me $1500 to fix another bag. I drop my bag off in May and was quoted 6 weeks. Here we are in September and no contact from them about where my bag is.
