Terrible customer service. Called and texted the day prior regarding stitch braids and was told “you can walk in anytime after 10 and someone in the shop will help you” I came in at 2 today - upon me walking in no braider seemed like they wanted to help, I asked for 6 stitch braids they said no one there does stitch braids today. I left and decided to call to see if tomorrow I could try again - someone answered, I asked “will there be someone to do stitch braids tomorrow?” I was Immediately hung up on.
