The application process was very easy. They really help out when you are in a bind. I haven't had any issue getting anyone on the phone, and whenever I did they were very nice.

BMG has the worst communication skill & training. I have been calling since 9/14/22 I call first thing in the morning when they supposed to be open at 8am the call keeps hanging up. A Brian finally answer around 8:15am explains my situation he place me on hold and then hangs up on me. Website is horrible. It would not allow me after 12pm to login in to upload no documents they were asking for. Finally around 5p when I am off from work traveling home the website finals come available but once I upload to documents now the website has a BLANK SCREEN NOTHING IS THERE!! I have called again this morning 9/15/22 & the SAME THING HAPPENS AGAIN hung up plus every time you call the automatic system there will be a 10 minute wait hold I stayed on the phone line listen to music for 30 minutes yesterday but NOT TODAY!! First caller and I should not hear 10 minute wait hold this morning 9/15/22 No one returns voicemail messages This is too much PERSONAL INFORMATION being uploaded when you can not speak to no one. Very unprofessional no customer service I work a state government job & our association sent me an email saying this was a new great company they has partner with absolutely not Update 9/16/22 I want to thank “Robert” one of the underwriters for BMG loans. He called me Thursday morning (not for sure if they had read my review or not) I had withdrawn my application but 30 minutes after hanging up with Robert I decided to give them another chance. Make a long long story short, everything work out perfect & professional and I did get approved.. so Thank you “Robert” for your courtesy, patience and understanding.

BMG for me came thru for me. At first yes it was hard getting thru to them but during the prompt when ask to get a call back press 1 and they will. once all documents are there almost the same day or next business day. Thanks BMG Money, home improvements here I come.

Received a loan through BMG, and I must admit, the process was simple, quick , and extremely easy. I have never experienced such customer service in a manner to where you want to do business with them again. I give them 10 thumbs up !!!!

I have been waiting a week app is still being reviewed and nobody answers when you call and it takes forever for them to call back

Why is the a hard time to reach someone. It’s takes 1 or 2 hours to get someone on the phone this is insane. Yes it was easy and convenient and it helped a lot but they have to do better on the customer service phone calls.

BMG is a great company that I enjoy doing business with. They know how to process and make things easier going through the steps, therefore it is less of an headache for me. I would defini recommend them to friends of course. BMG keep up the Good!

Go to your bank and close out your current account and reopen a new 9ne. You will have a new account #. The routing number will stay the same. The only way your routing number will change as 8f you change banks all together...
