If your documents are not downloaded and attached exactly the way they request then it will not go thru. It's a way that you have to view, print to PDF and then attach your pay stub to where it shows everything they need to see. Also when you set up your direct debit for the repayments you have to send them the page that shows the name and the account of their account it's being sent to. You have to unmask your EPP page and maybe take a screen shot in order to send it correctly. Hope this helps!
Have you checked for emails or messages from them regarding additional info or document signing?
Not usually very long but Saturday and. Sundays aren't business days. So technically they would probably not even have received it til Monday.
