Why is the a hard time to reach someone. It’s takes 1 or 2 hours to get someone on the phone this is insane. Yes it was easy and convenient and it helped a lot but they have to do better on the customer service phone calls.

I have never haf a problem getting thru to talk to a representative. These guys are awesome

You are correct about this company been hard to reach on the telephone. I suggest contacting them through email. Maybe that will help speed up a response.
