Hot food is always cold and the staff will routinely tell you they’re out of whatever meat/cheese you’re looking for so they don’t have to slice up more. I actually walked over to the glass cheese case today and there was the cheese I wanted. This isn’t just a one off either. Management seemed genuinely apologetic but this is not a new problem with a lot of the food staff at this Publix.

Sure do Ruth. You just sign up on the internet at publix.com for instacart. They'll probably be there in a couple hours. I usually get some good cheese and a bottle of wine along with my regular order. they seem to think that makes it fun!
