Everything about this west kendall spot is 5 star. Admin office staff is attentive and very helpful. The maintenance requests are taken care of in a timely manner. The price for the location, interior remodel, and being pet friendly is unbeatable. The apartments have plugs for W/D but do not come with the appliances, however, there is on-site facilities. Plus They have landscaping services every so often. The only thing that makes this place 4/5 stars is that they donβt ask their residents to pick up dog/cat droppings throughout the community and the pavement of the parking lots could use some work. I feel itβs important to have pet stations and signs to pick after pets, to take care of the paid landscape service and stench around the community to make an even finer impression.
