If it is, it is very quiet without criminal incidents worth living in, in very close to markets schools hospitals restaurants shops pharmacies gas stations and West Kendall is very quiet
I moved in on New year's day and so far I have no noise complaints. I haven't felt danger of any kind. My only complaints are parking, stray cats and that some of the residents don't pick up after their pets. But that's all things I personally can get passed because the apartment itself is pretty great. Hope this helps
