My wife and I have been using The J.A.P. Shop, Inc. for 30 plus years for all of our auto maintenance and repair needs. We have had six different Honda vehicles maintained by them over the 30 plus years. When we buy a new car, it never sees the dealership again unless there is a recall. We only allow The J.A.P. Shop to maintain and repair our cars. Everyone we have dealt with over the years has been honest and professional. They treat everyone like family. They fully explain all maintenance and repairs that are needed and they point out things that should be monitored for possible repairs later. I especially like the fact that they are concerned about safety and will let you know if your tires, brakes, or any other system in the vehicle is unsafe and in need of immediate repair. Prior to finding The J.A.P Shop, I could never really know if I was being treated fairly and honestly, when it came to getting my car repaired. With The J.A.P. Shop, I have complete confidence and trust in what they tell me and I follow their recommendations without question.

What a great experience. I came in early on a rainy morning with a dead battery. They fit me in quickly and changed out my battery in the rain. Complete professionals. I have some other work that needs to be done and will be back to let them take care of it.

Two other automotive shops were unable to diagnose the exact problem. They were priced right and very communicative. I would travel from Delray to Fort Lauderdale to use them again
