This was the worst experience ever. When we came back from our trip called the Fairfield Hotel, where our car was parked. They said a shuttle would pick us between 15 and 35 minutes. After 30 minutes we saw the shuttle passing by and did not stop at all. We called again and they said a second shuttle was coming cause that one was full. The second shuttle came after 20 minutes, stopped to let us know that it was full and we had to wait for a third shuttle that would arrive in the next 20 minutes. After 50 minutes of waiting we ended up taking an Uber to the hotel. I will never ever use this service again and DO NOT RECOMMEND IT. The reservation is under the name of Francisco Canino, my husband, and it was from Jun 18 until Jun 25. This review is legit as well as your poor service. I just want to warn other people so that they don't have the same horrible experience we had.

I am from Pennsylvania. So flying in and getting shuttled to and from the airport is simple and so helpful since we leave the car. My family and I love it! The drivers are always so polite and kind. I 10/10 recommend!!
