WORST PLACE DO NOT PARK YOUR CAR HERE. I PARKED MY CAR HERE AND IT GOT HIT. I CONTACTED CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THEY REFUSED TO HELP ME. I FILLED OUT A COMPLAIN FORM AND THEY NEVER RESPONDED BACK. I CALLED BACK AFTER A FEW DAYS AND ALL THEY TOLD ME WAS TO FILL OUT ANOTHER COMPLAIN. VERY BAD SERVICE. DO NOT PARK YOU CAR HERE IT WILL GET HIT AND THEY WON'T HELP YOU. WORST PLACE. I RECOMMEND 100% PARK N FLY.

Worst experience ever, they had me waiting for almost 1 hour to be pick up, when they finally arrived, I realized they had only 2 people working so they were trying to stack up customers to make the pickup run.

My flight gets in at 11.00 pm and I noticed that the prompt does not allow a checkout time past 11.45 pm. Does this mean tat the lot closes after 11.45 pm and if there is a slight delay I won't be able to get my vehicle?
