I started visiting Pandora’s Nail salon a few months ago. I was in the area visiting my Esthetician and I shared with her how disappointed I was with other places. Since my first visit, I have been making the 45 minutes drive from my house because the service is second to none. Mi my nail tech is patient, understanding and she consistently aims to go above my expectations. What struck me about Mi the very first time is how sweet and professional she was. The dip system she uses last between appointments well over two weeks. I will continue to make the long drive because of Mi. Simply put, when you find excellent service, you stay with it.

Nails Techs Ana and Kym are absolutely amazing they are very professional and always do a fantastic job. I am giving Pandora Nails a 1 star review because I had to experience an extremely unpleasant situation in which Mi, also a Nail Tech, was screaming like a crazy women at 10 am at the other nail techs for 30 mins! This caused customers and nail techs to become uncomfortable. Mi had nail techs shaking and crying. Nail Techs tried to diffuse situation and calm Mi down but there was no reasoning with her. Mi would not stop screaming. Not sure if Mi is manager but there was no need to scold and belittle nail techs by screaming at them in front of customers. Nail Salons are meant for relaxation and not to experience this type of situation. Mi is always in a bad mood no matter what time of day it is, always refuses to do nail art for clients and is always complaining about something. She even answers the phone in a bad tone. If I decide to return it will be for Ana and Kym as it’s not fair that their work gets jeopardized because of an unruly manager.

I have been going to Pandora in Hallandale Beach for two months. It's a small shop with parking around back. My experience was good overall. You must make an appointment. Prices are average; you can discuss it with the manicurist.
