The smoothies taste great, but the customer service is not so great. It was my first time there and I wanted to added protein to my vegan smoothie. You would think the cashier would ask me which one. After I paid and before even receiving my smoothie, I asked to make sure the protein was vegan. Both cashiers got an attitude and said they already made the smoothie. Mind you this all took place in a matter of a few minutes. I apologized and they still had an attitude and did not bother saying bye or thank you etc. It was unnecessary to be so rude and I was the only customer there.

I used to go to Smoothie King almost every day. I’ve been to all locations multiple times since the new ownership, and not one has made me a decent smoothie. If I wanted blended up ice I would go get an icee. Please stop trying to add so much ice as a substitute for actual ingredients.

LOVE these smoothies but they are so expensive! My favorite is when they have $5 Fridays for mediums. That always seems spot on and gives me extra incentive to go. There are lots of flavors and add ons to try but my favorite is Angel Food!

Great place with historical background being attached to union station. The original brick and tile work is great. Talitha was amazing with the knowledge and background of the place and great with her service on smoothies helped us find the exact type of smothie that we needed for me and my wife's keto diet. And was able to pick something out for the little one that she liked. She was the best representation for a store and made our experience of getting somthing as simple as a smoothie a memerable experience we will be back multpile times just becuase of the service and expertise of the product.
