Haute Yoga is the best. Such a great environment and a really fun workout. Really diverse classes with amazing teachers. Clean facilities with everything you could ever need.

I LOVE this place! I took three different classes in my first week and Corrie, Ashley and Amanda were excellent teachers, each in their own way. I’ve been practicing for awhile now yet I have already learned so much from these talented ladies. Plus the energy and warmth of the place is just an incredible bonus. Couldn't recommend more highly!

Great environment with amazing coaches! Marci and Magaly have been my favorites! They are so knowledgeable in the practice and have provided a safe, happy and learnable environment for people of all skills!

Questions & Answers

What do I need to know and bring to my first yoga class?

Please arrive about 15 minutes early for your first class to check in and meet your teacher. Come well hydrated but avoid eating a large meal before class. Bring a healthy snack for after class. You will need a yoga towel and plenty of water. Mats are traditionally used however the flooring in the studio is suitable for practice with just a towel. We provide mats and towels to all students on their first visit to Haute Yoga Colorado as well as to the monthly members. Mats and towels are available for rent or for purchase in our retail area.

What should I do before my first class?

If you are a new student, please arrive 15 minutes early to your first class to fill out forms, talk with your teacher, and find the perfect spot in the room. Let us know if this is your first hot yoga class or if you have any injuries we should be aware of. Drink plenty of water before class and bring water with you in a non-breakable container. Avoid eating for a few hours prior to class.

What should I wear to a hot class?

What to Wear & Bring: Our Hot 60- and 90-minute classes are heated to 104° with 55%–60% humidity. The warm Vinyasa is heated to 95° with 45% humidity. We suggest dressing in light and stretchy synthetic material. Cotton is not recommended as it absorbs moisture and becomes heavy. If you are comfortable, women should wear a sports bra and shorts. This allows you to see that you are properly aligned in your postures as well as seeing if your muscles are contracting. If you do not have this comfort level, it is perfectly acceptable to wear yoga pants and tank top or t-shirts. Men should practice hot yoga without a shirt. Shorts only are preferred but you may also wear a t-shirt or tank.

Do I need to make a reservation for class?

It's nice to know if you are planning on coming to class but if you forget or don't have time, just show up. We will sign you in. If you are new to Haute Yoga Colorado, complete your intake form before coming in if possible. But, again, you can do it here if you need to.
