Staff/groomer so lovely. I was a lil behind on appt, ok alot.... I spoke with the owner who also does grooming/ (all services) too and she told me that she was booked the rest of the day. I had 5 dogs and 1 rabbit and 2 turtles which all if them needed there nails clipped in the worst way and it was my only day off in 3 weeks and it would probably be another 3 weeks before I had another day off for an opportunity to get my kids's nails cut. She paused after hearing my situation and knew I was desperate and then told me to continue driving over and bring them all in and said she would make it work. ;). I was so relieved... I brought them in and she had all my kid's nails cut in less then 9-10 min. Not only will I return to get my babies nails cut but I will also be a new client for my pet's haircuts/grooming... Highly recommended. All the ladies were very sweet and made my babies feel safe, it was clear by their behavior that they were definitely more at ease then the other shop I was taking them to. I take my Great Pyrnees, Loki, here all the time. The staff are always so attentive, kind, and informative. The prices are fair and Loki always comes back looking and feeling amazing!We love Loki such a good dog!
