The sales woman, Angila, was AWESOME! Very friendly and personable. She answered all my questions and double checked that she entered all the correct items. It was a super quick check out since we knew exactly what we wanted! The delivery guys were freaking Rockstars! They were fast, friendly and very considerate of my napping baby! They had everything in the room and assembled in like 30min if that! I will most definitely be purchasing from AFW again in the future! Excuse the naked bed 🤣, this was taken literally right after they were done!

The delivery was spot on when they said they would be here. They took care to ensure anything in their way was removed to avoid damaging anything in my house (which has tiny hall ways). They were SO fast and efficient and my living room is so cozy with our new couch. We love it and our shopping experience at American Furniture was nothing less! THANK YOU

Used to shop here a bit but then noticed the warehouse staff got more rude and brazen. Also they started ‘scanning’ your drivers license for order pickups. I asked them not scan mine to but they said they had to for fraud prevention. Identify theft is rampant and I refuse to let random retail stores scan my ID. Store Manager who was asked to resolve Desiree - seemed even less concerned and provided no alternates and seemed to not care that the warehouse staff were rude and wouldn’t call a manager to the warehouse to assist me. Would give 0 stars. I’ll never be back. Worst customer service experience and scary ID scanning along with potential ID theft exposure. Steer clear. Policy for scanning ID nowhere to be found on receipt. Where is the ‘Under promise and over deliver’ found on your receipt? You couldn’t deliver my kids gaming chair for Xmas as I sat there, in the warehouse, with my receipt for the product I paid for online, the credit card used online, and my Drivers license yet two employees and two managers refused to hand it to me without ‘scanning’ my ID. My boy was disappointed to say the least. I’ll buy a chair from micro center or Amazon. Wonder why other retailers are cutting into your business?

Bought a couch from them for my new apartment. Tried out the couch several times in store to make sure the comfort level was right. The delivery was an overall great experience. Very efficient! They came a little earlier than expected so if you're reading this, I would advise you to be at the place of your delivery well before the scheduled delivery time if possible.

No they do not take away old furniture
I don't think you can even py AFW to take old furniture. You might try calling Goodwill or ARC. They will sometimes send trucks for large donation pickups

They usually do unless its for a bunk bed or probably a pull out bed then those would most likely not have one
I believe everything going on in the world is bad enough. They definitely have longer waits and getting back to people. Order deliveries re taking longer because of states not opening up entirely. It's a bunch to process. I'd just keep trying back or email them.
