I used to love going here and I would buy a lot of stuff. Recently a new manager has arrived. She reduced the number of cashiers and she attached polls to the carts so we cannot buy a lot of things without making several trips to our car. The lines to check out are now infuriating with 1 cashier. I asked the manager if they really have a bunch of people stealing carts of stuff and she said they do, but honestly I bet if I checked the public records there would be no such thing happening. I won't be shopping there anymore. I feel there are plenty of ways they could have handled a theft problem without imposing so much on their good customers. Can we have the former manager back please?

Shelves are overflowing with items because they are absolutely delusional if they think these prices are acceptable. Unacceptable for a thrift store to be charging these prices. Do better Arc management…. Staff of friendly though

Not only are the prices at this store becoming way too expensive and there is merchandise crammed in every corner, so it is difficult to see, BUT my big complaint is about the masks. WHEN IT IS POSTED ON THE DOOR AND ON THE WEB SITE THAT EVERYONE WEARS A MASK, I DO NOT UNDERSTAND WHY CUSTOMERS ARE AMBLING THROUGH THE STORE WITHOUT A MASK. I ask the question at the store and received no answer. I realize that a small percent of people think they are so cool they don't have to wear a mask and an even smaller percentage cause a lot of trouble about it being rude to clerks. BUT when these few are catered to, you create a situation where many of us will no longer go to your store. Way too often in our country these days we cater to people who fail to be good citizens, thus encouraging bad behavior over doing the right thing.

The prices at this store are really high and the shelves are jam packed. If they priced items fairly, consistent with the value of used things, they would sell a lot more and have room for incoming donations. I would even say profits would go up with increased sales. Unless things change I won’t shop here and wouldn’t recommend this store to anyone.

Walk into any location and ask for a supervisor and then ask them for an application.
It's been a while, but yes. They have a phone number you can call and they will add you to their route the next time they are in your area.
Yes. New mattresses
Yes, I think that for right now their donation hours are like from 12PM-4PM
They are the same price no matter which store you purchase one from. It is better to call a store and ask for the furniture dept and then ask the person, in the furniture dept, how much the mattresses are.

Leave it at the counter. If you need anything out of it, they'll let you get stuff out of it. They are in a high-theft area, they have every right to ask you to leave it at the counter. IT'S A BACKPACK!!! They make fanny-packs and purses that would easily hold a diaper and baby wipes. They wouldn't care if it wasn't a backpack. Don't make excuses, there are many options beside a BACKPACK! Also, please learn proper english and grammar.
Yes, just talk to a manager.
Gotta save receipt, I believe in a time period.
They do have an issue with people switching price tags. That might be what happened.
Yes, this week it is 50 off yellow tags at all stores.
