This condo community is a very safe place to live, quite,clean and very well managed security and gated community. Close to shopping mall yet far enough away for privacy. This is a 55 yrs and older community. Recently passed it's forty year inspection and we'll maintained.

A nice 55 and over living community. Good security and well taken care of. Nice pool area, nice walking path along the lake and a nice community center. Apartments buildings are nice. The only negative of this community is the association fee…it’s extremely high. Keep that in mind when deciding to purchase an apartment here.

I lived here that's why I like it is very private and is in front of the Pembroke Pines moll and the Wuest Memory Hospital ok
