Completely rude and unprofessional. Applied to some listings, I was contacted by Madison McClintock by text about two possible positions and later given a LinkedIn connection. I gave Madison my resume with a confirmation a day or two later that it was sent out. I never heard from her ever again. A few weeks later I earned a Network+ certification and found some new listings for jobs that had fit my skills and experience. No response when I messaged her. I reached out Account Executive, Anouka Perkins, on LinkedIn who worked at the same branch with a couple of new listing and asked if I could be submitted for a possible interview. She responded that Madison was already my recruiter and that “she said good things about you at our meeting.” I thanked Anouka for her quick response and again asked if I could get a different recruiter assigned to me. I was even nice in saying Madison is probably great but too busy with many job seekers on her plate. After that message, I was BLOCKED on LinkedIn by Anouka. A few days later, I reached out on LinkedIn to Pavel Raphael, the assistant VP of Tech Recruiting at the same location. I asked again if I could get another recruiter and mentioned how shocked and disappointed I was by Anouka being unprofessional by blocking me. I even provided screenshots of the conversation to show that I was not misrepresenting anything. At the end of the day, I checked my messages and saw that Pavel had blocked me as well. Classless company. Update: Sending email from the response below. Will update if there is any real response. Surprised this is not being forward given the details provided here. Including screenshots of the conversation that were blocked on LinkedIn.

I worked for Robert Half/Office Team in another state for almost a year on different assignments with all positive experiences. I was looking for work in the South Florida area and spoke with a recruiter from the Hollywood Office on the phone who seemed very helpful and said she would look for assignments right away for me in both Miami and Hollywood area. I emailed her and called her, left her messages, but the woman did not contact me back ever. I obviously found another job, but am very disappointed in the way that the two offices in Miami and Hollywood treated me, especially since my experience with the office in the Boston area was so positive.
