First the good- beds very good, bedding clean, a/c unit was quiet. Now the rest- Even though the web site side my card wouldn't be charged until I checked out it had already been preauthorized before I arrived. Windows entering the lobby were very dirty and covered with hand prints. It appears there are long term residents. Some sitting on chairs outside of rooms, smoking. Others in robes walking around. The stairs to the second floor where not clean. In the room, paint on the walls was sloppy. The bathroom had brown stains on the wall. For breakfast the only protein offered was yogurt, not even packets of peanut butter.

I'm sure it's better when they're not in the middle of renovations, but it was pretty rough for us. Almost every part of the room was stained, the deadbolt was broken, and the door to get downstairs was stuck and trapped 4 of us in the stairwell for a good couple of minutes before we could get it open.

Feels like we've been in a deep Mexican village hotel. The room was smelly and outdated with broken furniture, bathroom doors that didn't shut, a leaking toilet cistern and sticky carpet that seems to have never been deep cleaned.

Positive: The people were nice. Negative: There was no hot breakfast, there was black mold around the tub, half of the lights didn't work,the drawers were broken and very little ventilation.
