Dawn was very efficient in helping rent out space that would Asheville engorging room for my belongings as I wasn’t sure . She showed me around the facility so I knew where to go and different entrances to move my stuff in . She was super fast and explained everything to me . Overall she was friendly and helpful .

I had an amazing experience with the team here. They make the process very easy and the staff is super friendly and accommodating. My husband and I moved into the storage unit and we actually did not lock our storage unit correctly and they call me and left an urgent message stating that we did not lock the unit and please come back to lock it. I definitely appreciate that level of service. The paperwork was very easy to understand and the monthly rates are very competitive with other comparable companies. The facilities are very safe and clean. I would highly recommend this location. They make you feel like family or a personal friend. Thank you Tammy and team.
