Great landlord and apartment, especially for 1st time renters. KD is noninvasive, very responsive and quick to act. Over the 3.5 years I lived at the Hinds St location, we only had a few issues which were addressed either the same day or the next day after we contacted KD. Off street parking is great and during the winter both the lot and sidewalks were well maintained. Only had to shovel snow once. Anytime they needed to enter the apartment they gave us plenty of notice which was always appreciated. Highly recommend KD.
