We took took advantage of the coupon offer to have our air conditioning system and furnace inspected for a very reasonable cost. The technician, Anthony, took his time to thoroughly inspect our systems, adjust the fan to increase air flow, and let us know that the furnace sound indicated some wear, but should be good for the winter, so we didn’t need to replace it now. Anthony was a really friendly tech who provided an explanation as he went through the check up and assured us we’d receive an email explanation re: his findings/ recommendations. I greatly appreciated his honesty. That check up will probably reduce our utility bills. If you note any malfunction, or want a reassuring check up of your heating/ cooling systems, definitely call Roy’s.

I’ve been in the commercial construction industry for over 35 years and Roy’s absolutely is a Class Act! They installed a complete high efficiency radiant boiler, a power vent hot water heater and a Heat Pump/ AC Split System in my home… I never write reviews, however Roy’s is something exceptional. Chris Dave and Jeff took the time to go over the scope of the project in full detail, not an easy task with my experience. The crews were timely and completed some of the best installation work I’ve seen in a long time… These systems have been up for a year now… here comes the best part… They stand behind their work.. Annual service and any maintenance has been of the same quality and expertise… You cannot compare, this group is the best…

Call Roy's showed him how outdoor facet barely running told me that need to be replaced, I just wanted fixed or replace which should be simple job for plumbers. try to tell me wasn't up code and facet wasn't frost free facet and it is cause my husband installed years ago. is frost free facet and then said he wanted to go down in crawlspace cut pipes and move pipes 12 feet to right being out of different area of house OMG this guy was off wall not right in his mind it just needed to be fixed with rubber or replaced without cut pipes under the house and move it to another part of house and he was upset because we had crawlspace not a basement also told no way that is happening Then said he out of here , an just left ... cause I weren't agree to him cutting pipes and moving facet 12 feet to another part under my house crazy which I knew he didn't need , Called another business and two very nice fellows came and replaced it and didn't have move my pipes or go down in my crawlspace either put in brand new one was really great fellow to deal with if I would have listened Roy's, it would cost me hundreds or maybe thousand cost me only a hare over $200. and was pleasure to deal with them job well done we are happy don't recommend Roy's it is your wallet .........

WORST place to go for radiator heating issues. Do not go here. Will charge $97 for nothing. A very unprofessional and unacceptable experience. A technician named Roger came out to my house back in March (5 months ago), looked at my radiator briefly and told me what I already know. It's broken and needs to be replaced. Didn't seem very experienced with this type of work, didn't offer much advice. He promised to look into what models would be available that could replace my radiator, and I still have not heard from him. He charged $97 to do nothing and that charge needs to be reimbursed to me immediately since he didn’t give me a quote and give any professional feedback. This issue needs to be addressed immediately.
