The front desk people are the worse, always neglecting service and attention to patients. They treat you very bad specially if you don’t speak English. I felt like I was in Cuba with the bad service this “medical center” offers.

My experience in the center has been excellent
It really is not insurance, it works like a discount card ... they only offer free dental cleaning every six months and discounts on more advanced dental work. In addition it also works as a discount card for some medications or prescriptions. I really have not used any of those services in almost a year and a half of having it, for that reason I plan to cut my expenses.
