These people are rude and they will skip the typical nail service steps when doing your fill in. I told the person in charge that my nail tech did not buff my nails at all… he just simply polished them, He didn’t even ask me to go wash my hands… the person in charge tried to convince me that he did buff my nails . And that’s strange how can you tell me what your tech did and I’m the one MONITORING MY NAIL SERVICE. This place is Awful their was also a customer who walked out while getting Her feet done because the technician didn’t give great judgement or consultation on the polish choice that was clearly not meant for the lady toes it showed flaws and it was extremely too light for her skin shade, they wanted $70 to make the customer completely satisfied. So she got up and walked out WITHOUT PAYING… My total service was $97 I don’t have ANY problems with paying for service but if there is a issue I will simply file a dispute with my bank and that’s my choice as a consumer. I paid for my service in full….and a employee followed me to my car and took a picture of my tag. That’s harassment and that’s inappropriate I do not appreciate the embarrassment. STAY AWAY FROM THIS UNPROFESSIONAL PLACE… GO ELSEWHERE!!!!!
