I can't find any other way of letting Tim Horton's know this, since their website requires a receipt code and I wasn't given a receipt. Earlier today, around noon, I was going through the drive through and when asked what I wanted to order I said "Can I get the chipotle chicken wrap?" and her response was "No." Usually if a location is out of something they apologize and say so, not flat out say no with no explanation. It took her about 30 seconds to tell me she was kidding. I was surprised and speechless and just about to tell her never mind I'll go somewhere else. If I wasn't as hungry as I was I would have. The food was great, I didn't appreciate the joke. I will be avoiding this location in the future.

First time ever trying Tim's. Everything was delicious and fresh. The chili won me over, great dipping it with bread. Sandwich was decent.

Went to the drive thru on my way to work. I work nights so it is very convenient to go there cuz i pass by it every night. Craving a blt sandwich( yummy) and an apple friter( my favorite) and an unsweetened iced tea. Everything was great except the iced tea, it had mold at the bottom of the cup. I didn't see it till i got to work. YUCK! Wasted my money on a drink that i couldn't even drink! Had to buy another drink at work. Needless to say....i will not be back!!!!!

Fortunately for me this is the closest Tim's to me and ALWAYS getting my order right. They are always fast and deliver the best coffee. Consistency is key, and I get it here... Great staff, thank you.
